Thank you for being a part of MP Public School. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of MP Public School regarding tuition, admission fees, and other charges.

1. Admission and Registration Fees

The registration and admission fees are generally non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether the student attends the school, as these cover the administrative costs of the enrollment process.

2. Tuition Fees

Tuition fees paid in advance may be partially refundable subject to the school's withdrawal policy. A formal written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the administration office.

  • Withdrawal before the academic term begins: Eligible for partial refund.
  • Withdrawal after the academic term begins: Subject to pro-rata calculations and administrative deductions.

3. Transportation and Extra-curricular

Fees for transportation, uniforms, and extra-curricular activities are strictly non-refundable once the services or goods have been opted for or received.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
